I love zumba. plain and simple, but this blog is all about weightloss THE HEALTHY ONE and fitness. a positive place for motivation and of course, some good zumba moves. I'am currently a ZIN zumba licensed instructor and working on my ACE certificate and who knows maybe some yoga is in my furture. all i know is that i love being healthy and active & never want to go back to being 225lbs ever again. :)
